I’ve dealt with a slow but significant pool leak for years and so grateful Robert at Ally Leak was finally able to fix it! Robert was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and kind. He came out 3 times within a few weeks to ensure the leak was found and addressed. He dove in without hesitation and went above and beyond to find and fix the issue. He explained everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. Ally was so much faster to respond than the another (terrible) leak company I used for years, and most importantly actually cared about fixing the problem until it was properly addressed. Top notch service, quality, and care. I would recommend Robert to anyone with a pool! Don’t bother with the others, we were ripped off on repairs that did nothing to help and our leak went on for so much longer than it should have. Robert fixed it within two weeks and extremely reasonable pricing - I just wish I found Ally sooner.
